Tucker Robinson and Nacho marked the High Rein Work score with a 220 in the Intermediate Open Futurity division during the 2023 Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity presented by Scooter Kat! The duo is currently sitting in second place in the Intermediate Open after two events. Nacho is owned by Melony & Terrence Reed. Congratulations to Tucker Robinson and Smooth Outta Style for winning the Jimmie Paul/Tenlight Memorial Open Two Rein on Thursday at the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity presented by Scooter Kat with a composite score of 440! The pair took home the Jimmie Paul/Tenlight Memorial perpetual trophy created by John Mincer Silversmiths and donated by Jimmie’s family and friends, a check for $1,880 (added money sponsored by Peg Green and Jim Cleary), and a buckle sponsored by Tim Terkelsen. Smooth Outta Style is owned by Julie Weinhardt & F. Velazquez.

Saturday night at the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity presented by Scooter Kat featured the 7th annual Benny Guitron Memorial Open Hackamore, sponsored by Coal Creek Ranch.
Tina Robinson won the reserve championship title with a composite score of 448.5 riding Ragtimes CD Rey, owned by Olivia Bethe. The duo wowed the crowd with an amazing fence run, and took home a check for $4,880, along with prizes donated by UltraCruz, Platinum Performance and Big D Products.
