How long have you been showing reined cow horse: 10 years
Favorite part of reined cow horse: Challenges to improve riding skills, meet new people, comradely and fun, fun fun spending time with husband doing one of the things we have a passion for together.
Where did your love of horses begin:  As a young girl, I’ve always been horse crazy, saving every earned dollar to go ride at a stable for an hour. I was lucky at age 13 when my parents bought my first horse. I was one of those kids wanting to compete but we didn’t have the means to do so but I was lucky enough to compete in a few gymkannas (sp?) at region shows located close enough to ride to, as we didn’t have a trailer. I trail rode mostly and had a lot of fun.

Where did your love of horses begin:  Was born with it, parents thought I was crazy so at age 14 I got a job on a ranch and worked for a horse they had, paid it off got it home and it had a baby!!!

Favorite part of reined cow horse: Besides the amazing horses, the journey and the people.
Where did your love of horses begin: I think most little girls have a love of horses but I had to wait until adulthood to get started on my adventures with horses, so I guess it really started at Reds Meadows Pack Station when I was living in Mammoth Lakes and got a summer job as a backcountry cook.

Where did your love of horses begin: At a young age riding ponies. I fell in love with the reined cow horse later in life. Some friends invited me to go with them to the Snaffle Bit Futurity in Reno, it was so exciting.
